On our main page, you will find a complete list of available concerts, as well as details about artists, dates, locations, and prices.
The registration process is very simple:
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password
- Fill in the required fields
- Click on "Register"
- You will receive a confirmation email
The purchase process is fast and secure:
- Select the concert you're interested in
- Log in or register
- Choose the number of tickets
- Complete the payment
- You will receive your tickets by email or you can download them directly
We offer payment by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
If you experience technical problems during the purchase process, please contact our customer service immediately at info@ticketere.com and we will help you resolve it.
You will receive a purchase confirmation email followed by another email containing your tickets, which you can download. You can also download your tickets directly from the confirmation page after payment.
Show the QR code on your ticket at the event entrance. Staff will scan the code to validate your access.
Printing tickets is not necessary. You can show the QR code directly from your mobile device. This helps reduce environmental impact.
If you don't receive the email with your tickets:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify that the email address is correct
- Log in to your account on our website to download the tickets
The ticket gives you access to the venue for the duration of the event according to the conditions specified for each concert.
The ticket price for children depends on the concert and the conditions set by the promoter. Check the specific details of each event.
Search your inbox for messages with the subject "Ticketere" to locate your purchase confirmation. You can also log in to your account on our website and download the tickets again.
